Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our remote team. Your primary focus will be on the Philippines market, supporting lead generation, client engagement, and growth initiatives in Southeast Asia. This is a remote, full-time role suited for self-starters who are results-driven and excited about expanding our footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Master demos of product/ service offerings

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for B2B businesses
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Remote work, self-disciplined

Nice to have

  • Experience in lead generation to conversion
  • Additional languages (Filipino preferred)
  • CRM experience
  • Strong analytical skills

Who We Are Looking For

  • Based in the Philippines or familiar with the local business culture and B2B buying behaviors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment with consistent productivity.
  • Strong research, follow-up, and client engagement skills.
  • Confident with CRM systems, email communication tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or consulting is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B services, digital solutions, or Southeast Asia expansion projects.
