Intelgrity Consulting is a Singapore-based consulting firm helping SMEs grow across Southeast Asia through business development, precision marketing and AI & digital transformation.
We are looking for Business Development Executives in the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia to find and grow new business in their local market. These are remote, independent-contractor roles. You will work directly with our Founder and alongside our AI team.

Responsibilities
- Find, qualify and develop new business with SMEs in your market
- Build relationships with prospects, clients and partners
- Support local marketing that generates leads and builds our brand
- Use AI workflows and AI teammates for research, outreach and follow-up
- Keep the CRM up to date and report pipeline and results weekly
Must Have
- Proven track record in B2B business development, sales or marketing
- Based in the Philippines, Vietnam or Malaysia, with good local market knowledge
- Strong English for proposals, meetings and reporting
- Professional use of your market's local language (e.g. Vietnamese for Vietnam)
- Self-managed and reliable in a remote setup
- Able to work as an independent contractor
Nice to have
- Mandarin, for engaging Chinese-speaking clients
- CRM experience (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience selling consulting, ERP, digital or marketing services
- Network in local SME associations or chambers
- Able to travel within your country when needed
