Intelgrity Consulting – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the use of services provided by Intelgrity Consulting Pte. Ltd. ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By engaging with our services, you ('Client') agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Intelgrity Consulting provides business consulting, ERP implementation, CRM customization, grant advisory, and digital marketing services as agreed in the specific proposal or contract signed between the Client and the Company.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant information and personnel. Delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines and do not constitute grounds for penalty or refund.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all services are payable upfront or based on milestone completion. Late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed in the course of service delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documentation, and deliverables created by Intelgrity remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific customizations may be licensed for use but not redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intelgrity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date shall remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Singapore.

10. Amendments

Intelgrity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be provided in writing and are effective upon receipt.
